Registration is handled by the Business Registers Agency (APR). Preduzetnik (sole trader). Register online or at an APR office with your ID and the activity code. Choose the tax regime (flat-rate or self-taxation) when you register. Usually completed within a few working days. D.o.o. (limited liability company). Prepare the founding act, register the company name, deposit the minimum share capital, and appoint a director. Registration is submitted to the APR. After registration you open a business bank account and register for taxes and, if applicable, VAT with the Tax Administration. Before you start: check whether your activity needs a licence, decide on the accountant you will use, and reserve a domain name that matches your company name. Sample content: have a licensed professional in your country review it before relying on it.
